By downloading, installing, or using the "Mo Odisha" mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

Mo Odisha is provided for informational, cultural, and personal use. You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app
• Not use the app to distribute harmful or offensive content
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

3. Content Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate information regarding festival dates, panjika data, recipes, tourism spots, and cultural content. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free or up-to-date. Content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and materials within Mo Odisha are the intellectual property of the app developer unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5. User Accounts

When you create an account via Google Sign-In, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Advertisements

Mo Odisha displays advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the app, you acknowledge and accept the display of ads as part of the free service model.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mo Odisha and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users or the app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Odisha, India.
